Latest Meeting a Great Success
Our Local Democratic Group held its most recent meeting on Tuesday, April 5th, was a tremendous success. We were joined by a number of new faces, and we had a good discussion about our annual May fundraiser.
Joe Smith volunteered to chair the fundraising committee, and Jane Jones agreed to be vice chair.
May Fundraiser Planning Meeting on April 11th
The May fundraising committee, chaired by Joe Smith, will meet on Monday, April 11th, at Margie’s Diner (252 E. Main Street).
We will need all of the help that we can get. To find out more, contact Joe at 555-5555 or Jane Jones at 555-5555.
Next Meeting on April 12
Our Local Democratic Group will meets next on Tuesday, April 12, at 7 pm at Margie’s Diner. Joe Smith will brief us on the progress that the fundraising committee made during their meeting the night before.

SEMO Democratic Rural Caucus will host a Forum in Doniphan, MO at the Doniphan Community Center at 6 PM. Senator Jerry Howard will moderate the Forum. Issues of concern to Missourians will be discussed. The public is invited to attend. All Democratic elected officials and candidates are encouraged to attend.

A Meet the Candidates BBQ will be at the Whitwell Building at the Ripley County Fairgrounds. Local and State and Federal Candidates have been invited. The event is free/donations appreciated. A great opportunity to meet the candidates and hear their goals for making our world better.
