With Tom DeLay has announcing that he will resign his House seat in disgrace after another of his former top aides pled guilty for his role in the DeLay-Abramoff scandal, it is time for Jim Talent to return his tainted Tom DeLay money (read more). Talent has refused to return the $5,000 he took from DeLay's political action committee despite DeLay's criminal indictment, two guilty pleas, and the decision by his fellow Missouri Republican Rep. Kenny Hulshoff to return his own DeLay money.
